You can pay for your orders by credit card or bank transfer. Our secure payment (escrow) system, which holds the payment under platform protection until the order is completed, is coming soon.
Our custom production and White Label services are coming soon. For these services, a sample will be prepared before mass production, and production will start only after your approval.
In case of manufacturing defects, missing or faulty items, an exchange or refund is provided. Please see our Cancellation & Return Conditions page for deadlines and terms.
Products are prepared and shipped by sellers in line with the information on the product page; your right to return or exchange in case of manufacturing defects, missing or faulty items is reserved. Physical quality control of orders at our Merter operations center is coming soon.

e-MERTER is a B2B wholesale marketplace founded under the leadership of MESİAD (Merter Industrialists and Businessmen's Association). It connects textile and apparel manufacturers and wholesalers in Merter, Istanbul, with professional buyers from Türkiye and around the world.
Currently, you can place wholesale orders directly from the listed ready-made products.
Purchasing options coming soon:
- White Label: Order ready-made products with your own logo/label.
- 1-to-1 Custom Production: Have products made from scratch with your own design, fabric and measurements.
- Request for Quotation: Post the product you need and collect offers from manufacturers.
Currently, each seller prepares and ships its own products separately. Our central logistics model, where orders from different manufacturers are collected at a single operations center and sent in one consolidated package, is coming soon.
Products are sold in series (assorted size packs); the smallest order unit is one series. The series content and quantity are shown on each product page. For the custom production option coming soon, minimum quantities will be set by each manufacturer.
Your orders are shipped with the carrier you select at checkout, and you can track their status on the My Account page. Customs coordination and single-number tracking for international shipments are coming soon.
General Information (Sellers)
A tax registration certificate, a copy of the Trade Registry Gazette, a signature circular, and verification of the company official's identity information are required.
e-MERTER works with sales-based commission or membership packages. For current terms, please contact our team during your seller application.
All textile and garment manufacturers, producers, and wholesalers officially operating in Turkey and possessing a tax registration certificate and trade name can be sellers.
Currently, you can list your ready-stock products and sell them wholesale directly.
Sales channels coming soon:
- White Label: Sell your ready-made products with the buyer's brand/label.
- 1-to-1 Custom Production: Bid on custom production requests from buyers.
- Tenders: Submit price offers to bulk purchase requests posted by buyers.
The quality control process is coming soon together with our Merter operations center. In this process, products that do not match the listed specifications or approved sample will be returned to the manufacturer for correction or replacement.
e-MERTER keeps your products open all year round to buyers who cannot come to Merter, helping you find new orders in the off-season. As we open up to international buyers, demand from different regions will help you use your capacity more evenly.
Custom production and White Label services are coming soon. For these orders, buyers will not be able to cancel unilaterally after the approved stages; advance payments and production costs will be protected by contracts.
You ship orders directly to the buyer with the carrier chosen by the buyer. Once our Central Logistics and Collection Center in Merter is launched, it will be enough to deliver products to this center; international shipping and customs will be handled by e-MERTER.
Sales proceeds are transferred to your bank account after the order is delivered and invoicing is completed, according to the payment terms in the seller agreement.
